The Town of Arnett has partnered with Nexbillpay® to offer you the ability to pay your Water/Sewer/Trash bill online, by text, by their automated phone system, or by credit/debit card in our office. You can always still pay your bill by mail or in our office with cash or check.

This service is being offered to help make paying your bill easier and more convenient.

You can pay your bill online without setting up a Customer Payment Portal account, but some of the benefits you will have if do you create an account are:

Pay Your Bill – You can pay your bill online, by text, or by phone (processing fee applies).

Autopay – You can sign up for Autopay and your bill will be paid automatically on the 14th of every month (processing fee applies).

Paperless Billing – Sign up for paperless billing to receive your bill by e-mail. Its fast and reliable.

New Bill Notification – You will receive an e-mail and/or text notification that you have a new bill ready to view.

Late Notice – You will receive an e-mail and/or text notification that your bill is past due.

Maintenance / Repair Notifications – You may receive an e-mail and/or text notification of maintenance and repair work.

View Your Bill – You will be able to view your current account balance in the Customer Portal.

View Your Payment history – You will be able to view and search your payment history in the Customer Portal.

View Your Water Usage – You will be able to view your previous 12 months water usage in the Customer Portal.                                                      

Link multiple accounts to pay them all with one payment (and one processing fee).

Store your payment methods for quicker, easier payments.

This service is being provided by Nexbillpay®. Only those customers that use this service will be charged the fees for the service. The Town of Arnett does not keep any portion of the fees charged.

  • Scan this QR Code with your phone’s camera for the On-Line Customer Payment Portal.
  • Go to our On-Line Customer Payment Portal. https://new.nexbillpay.net/toaok/billpay/signin 
  • Call (888) 611-8018  for our Pay-By-Phone automated system.
  • Send your payment in by US Mail to:
